We will spend more time adventuring and building connections over horseback rides, group hikes and UTV tours…and a little less time in formal hot seats & masterminds. Think of this week as a girls trip adventure with a touch less “traditional” aspects of our past retreats.

What Excursions Are Included?

  • Hiking Tour of The Narrows

    We’ll embark on a guided adventure through the iconic, water-carved canyons of Zion. Pack water-friendly shoes and a waterproof bag for your essentials. While there is no elevation change during this hike, your fitness level should be moderate for the best experience on this adventure.

  • Zion Horseback Tour

    Experience Zion’s rugged beauty from a new perspective on horseback. Dress in weather-appropriate attire and closed-toed shoes, and don't forget sun protection like a hat and sunscreen. This leisurely ride offers both relaxation and a touch of Wild West charm. There is a weight limit of 220 lbs per rider.

  • UTV Off-Road Adventure

    Get ready for a high-energy ride on a UTV as we tackle Zion's off-road trails. Wear comfortable clothing that can handle a bit of dirt and be prepared for an exhilarating, bumpy journey through the stunning landscape. Kawabunga!

The WIIRE Retreat is an unforgettable experience.

  • Stay with us at this beautiful desert villa. From sun up to sun down you will have the chance to talk real estate. You won’t want to miss the pool or outdoor hangout areas at this luxurious home. Please note that you will share a bed.

  • This is your chance to talk about YOU and YOUR business. In small groups of 3-5 women you’ll have dedicated time to get support, feedback and inspiration on your business. These groups are always a crowd favorite.

  • Past masterminds have included Creative Financing, Partnerships, Building a Team, Systems & Processes and more! We lead the conversation but you’ll hear real input and experience from all the other investors in the room.

  • We’ll be mixing business with adventure on this retreat! You’ll get to experience 3 awesome excursions - The Narrows hiking tour, Horseback Tour, and UTV Off-Road Adventure. All excursions are included in your ticket price.

  • We always like to welcome you with a little something special. You can look forward to a surprise at each retreat!

  • Trust us, you won’t go hungry. All of your meals, snacks and adult beverages are included and prepared by our in-house chef, Tayler. We do our best to accommodate any allergies but please know that this is a small operation and we don’t have the means to verify ingredients in every product.

  • Our favorite part of the retreats is seeing the attendees work together after the retreat. Whether its a referral, new partnership or venture you will be sure to make a great network at the retreat.

  • We want you to have enough momentum in your business to get a return on your investment. If you haven't done more than 4 deals then we recommend you wait until you have so you can have the best retreat experience.

  • We try our best to pair you up with roommates who have similar sleeping habits as you do. If you have a request on who you would like to room with, please let us know!

  • No. You will need to get yourself to and from the retreat location. The airport is about 30 minutes driving from the retreat house.

  • YES! Most attendees don’t know anyone before attending. We will make you feel at home the second you walk through the door. We will hang out as a group all week long!

  • We host 2 pre-retreat online meetups. This is so we can all get familiar with each other before the event! We also answer any questions you might have.

  • No. We do not offer day passes. We’ve found that the best moments come from hanging out and just chit-chatting between our scheduled events.

  • No. Unless your kids are adults who have done 3+ deals please leave them at home.

  • Tickets are nonrefundable. If you have to cancel you can sell your ticket to someone else.

  • This retreat is for any investor who has done 3+ deals. We will not be separating Intermediate and Advanced for this retreat.
