The MTR Bootcamp is an interactive, LIVE 4-week course taught by us, Amelia & Grace, where we’re going to teach you everything from A-Z that you need to know to buy, launch, and manage midterm rentals!
There will be biweekly calls (starting on October 30th until November 27th) every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 PM CT. We’ll cover a TON of topics including how to identify an MTR, analyze an MTR, how to properly list your property, furnish your place, and ways to manage tenants and turnovers, plus a LOT more!
