Emily Karasek

After thirteen years as an RN, Emily transitioned to real estate full time, starting with house flips before using the BRRRR strategy to build her midterm rental portfolio. Based in Wichita, she now owns 10 MTRs and 2 LTRs. She created Extend Your Stay, a property management company specific to midterm rentals managing 40+ properties, in which she is passionate about viewing MTRs through a hospitality lens rather than a "landlord" lens, a perspective shaped by her healthcare background. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time outdoors and traveling to new places with her family.
